AROMA BEADS LLC — RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, Aroma Beads LLC does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or fragrance preference.

CANCELLATIONS

We ship orders FAST. If you need to cancel an order, you must email us at aromabeadsllc@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. However, because orders may be processed and shipped shortly after they are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at aromabeadsllc@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging when applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Please contact us promptly if your package or products arrive damaged. Keep all original packaging and shipping materials until your claim has been reviewed, as photos or additional information may be required.
