What is the status of my order/ Processing time

Turnaround time can be found at the top of our site. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. We take pride in our exceptional quality unscented aroma beads and fast shipping.

shipments are processed on business days, Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm, with possible shipping date variations on holidays

Returns/ Cancellations

regrettably, we do not allow returns or exchanges . this is to guarantee the quality protection for our customers

cancellations result in restocking and credit card fees totaling 10%

my package is lost / stuck / damaged

to avoid the inconvenience of lost, stuck, or damaged packages, consider using route protection. Otherwise, you will need to file a claim with the postal carrier

please note we STRONGLY advise carrying route protection . as the postal carrier will only cover up to a certain amount
